Not on the BBC's map
As far as the BBC is concerned Korea is, quite literally, not on the map. Their homepage provides quick access to the weather in 34 cities, but the world's 3rd most populous and that with probably the highest number of internet users is not listed. (Hint: it's in Korea.)
They excelled themselves this week, when BBC World Asia's weather forecaster pointed to typhoon Mindulay on the chart, clearly heading towards Korea, and said: "There is a risk that a typhoon might clip south-west Japan." As I sit writing this in the pouring rain, local TV news is busy reporting the impact of Mindulay as it duly ploughed into southern Korea.
Thankfully, nobody here pays any attention to the BBC.
One ray of sunshine though: last week they ran a report that said that Nokia's was the only standard for mobile TV, whereas Korea's T-DMB is a very worthy competitor that's likely to make its way to the UK. The BBC's technology editor Alfred Hermida emailed me to apologise after I complained and he corrected the story.
