Korea vs Japan
According to the comedy show on KBS right now, the main difference between Korea and Japan is that when there's a traffic jam in Japan, the police come along quickly to sort it out. In Korea, you can be sure that the quickest person to arrive will always be an ajuma* selling dried squid.
